Delivery
All orders are despatched via Next Working Day delivery (excluding Sat, Sun, Bank Holidays), Northern Ireland 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be despatched sameday.
We will endeavour to ensure you receive your order Next Working Day subject to stock availability and time of ordering. UK Tool Trader Ltd cannot except responsibility for delays generated by the delivery company. However we have selected our couriers based on fast, reliable, quality service to ensure you the customer receive the best possible service.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside the United Kingdom at present.

Price Match Policy
If you find the identical product offered for sale at any UK-based company at a lower price, we will offer to sell you that item at that lower price.
You are required to place your order for the Price Match product in the usual manner. A note should be placed in the comments box during the order procedure quoting the product you wish us to Price Match, complete with the website address URL where you have found the same product offered at the lower price, or call a member of our sales team on 01785 841774.
At this point, no money is taken, and no contract has been entered into by either you the customer, nor us the vendor. If we agree the Price Match, we will process the order and you will pay the lower price.
In the unlikely event we are unable to agree to the Price Match, you will be informed by email, and the order will be put on hold until we receive further instructions from you. No money is taken at this stage, and no contract has been entered into.
Price Match Conditions
The Competitor's product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock; the product must be new and not damaged; be identical to our product; and be able to offer the same delivery schedule. Prices must include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any).
Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction. They must not be end of line clearance items, shop-soiled items or similar.
We will NOT Price Match items from any company that is NOT based in the UK.
We must be able to verify the vendors lower price.
UK Tool Trader Ltd Price Match is an offer to treat only, and is not a binding contract until we have accepted your order and taken payment. We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion.
Our Price Match offer is available only prior to purchase. Once we have Price Matched that particular item and processed your order, we will not Price Match that item again under the same order.
